He is the little stud muffin that helps with much of the process, especially with paperwork! Who are we kidding, he is the unofficial mascot and the man in charge.
My name is Francie Drescher, and I am a published author, published photographer, and singer/ songwriter. My roots have always been dominated by creativity, and engaging all of the senses. I focused many years on photography and writing, but in recent years I've delved more into the music industry and absorbed the lifestyle into every pore. I currently do all of my own booking, graphic design, website design, management, etc.
I worked alongside a wonderful Radio Promotion company, Steen Entertainment, and an amazing studio, Stormy Cooper Media, to create an album and push a single to radio in 2016. This tune, "I Won't Be Bothered" blasted into the Top 50 on the Texas Regional Radio Report, and ended up ranking well in the Top Songs of 2016 put out by TRRR as well. I released my second radio single, "The Same Mistake" in 2017, and it did very well on the Texas music charts, and helped me get nominated for "New Female Vocalist of the Year" for the second year in a row. I am currently working on my second album with the talented Scoot Drescher (also...husband :) ) of B.C. Mudhole. This album will be released sometime in 2020.
When I decided to pursue this music path, I engulfed myself in every book, audiobook, website, database, and any other piece of information which I could find about the business. I have since, been highly successful in my booking and business side of the "musician life". I love helping other people, and decided to take on other artists who could use my assistance, and not only assist them in keeping their calendars and wallets full, but also help them learn key business skills for this industry. Another favorite project is helping venues find the perfect match of artists to best suite their needs and exceed their expectations. I have assisted with and led the organization of large benefits and small music festivals all the way to helping farmers markets or senior centers organize entertainment on a limited budget.
